The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, and please note that there is no elevator. This apartment features a cozy bedroom with a double bed and a living room with an additional double bed, guaranteeing sufficient space for restful nights. The bright living area offers a pleasant atmosphere for relaxing after an eventful day. The modern, open kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. For your comfort, free WLAN, a television, central heating, an iron and ironing board, as well as a hair dryer are available. Centrally located in the historic Old Town, you can reach numerous sights, restaurants, cafés, and shopping facilities easily on foot. The idyllic banks of the Reuss and the picturesque Vierwaldstättersee invite you to beautiful walks and relaxed moments by the water. Luzern station is only a few minutes' walk away and offers ideal connections for excursions throughout Switzerland. Whether a walk along the Reuss, a boat trip on the Vierwaldstättersee, or a cozy stroll through the city – Luzern can be wonderfully discovered from this location. For bookings of 30 nights or more, a security deposit/damage insurance of CHF 2'000.00 and a final cleaning of CHF 200.00 will be charged. These payments are to be made directly to HITrental after completion of the booking. Please note the following important information regarding additional fees. Optional additional services are only charged if selected by the guest and include a baby cot for CHF 15.00 per booking, a pet fee of CHF 10.00 per night, and an additional cleaning for CHF 75.00 per cleaning (a monthly cleaning is included for stays of at least 45 nights). Mandatory fees and taxes are tourist taxes, which vary depending on the city: in Luzern CHF 4.90 per person and night (children up to 15 years are exempt; no tax if registering in the city); in Basel CHF 4.20 per person and night (children up to 12 years are exempt; no tax if registering in the city, maximum 30 nights charged); and in Zug CHF 1.00 per person and night (children up to 12 years are exempt; no tax if registering in the city). For stays of 28 nights or more, a security deposit of CHF 2'000.00 is required, which will be refunded after departure following a successful inspection of the property. Additionally, a final cleaning fee of CHF 200.00 is mandatory for stays of 28 nights or more; this fee is not included in the booking price and will be charged separately.
