Hello, I am looking for a subtenant for my 2.5 room apartment for the following period: December 2026 (exact date to be agreed upon) to 15 August 2027.

It is a modern apartment (2023) and fully furnished and equipped:

• kitchen with dishwasher, induction hobs, fridge, freezer, dishes, cookware, microwave, extendable dining table
• living room with sofa, armchair, coffee table, TV stand, large TV, soundbar and some shelves
• shower room with washing machine and dryer, vanity unit
• bedroom with a 160x200 bed, large wardrobe, 2 nightstands, some shelves
• large 13m2 balcony with dining table and chairs, without direct overlooking
• one underground parking space
• public transport nearby (bus 1min walk and station 12min away)
