We place great importance on cleanliness: regular cleaning of the kitchen, the bathroom and the hallway is included in the rent, as are the utilities (electricity, water, heating).

The kitchen and the bathroom are shared with calm and pleasant roommates. The atmosphere is well-maintained, with clear rules regarding quiet and cleanliness - it is not a classic shared flat. People say hello, but everyone lives their own life.

No debt collection register extract or employer certificate is required: with us, it is the person who counts. We are only looking for serious and decent tenants. Move-in is possible immediately depending on availability or by arrangement. The minimum rental period is one month. Notice period of your choice: 14 or 30 days. The rent guarantee corresponds to one month's rent (no installment payments).
