We are looking for a new tenant by arrangement for our beautiful and spacious 3.5-room apartment on the 1st floor in Beinwil am See.

The apartment features two separate rooms as well as a generous, open living and dining area with a spacious kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher.

The bathroom features a bathtub and a separate shower. Additionally, there is a private washing machine and a private tumble dryer directly in the apartment.

Further advantages of the apartment are a balcony, a practical storage room within the apartment, a built-in wardrobe in the entrance area, as well as a private cellar room in the basement. Pets are allowed.

The monthly gross rent is CHF 1990.

A parking space in the underground garage for CHF 135. per month must be taken over.
Thus, the total monthly rent including the parking space is CHF 2125.

Additionally, there is the possibility upon request to take over a generous hobby/craft room in the basement for CHF 650. per month. Taking over the hobby room is optional and not a requirement for the apartment.

Move-in is by arrangement.
