1 room apartment

The apartment is currently being newly equipped. From December, new furniture, a new kitchen with an induction hob, microwave and refrigerator, as well as new equipment (laundry, dishes, etc.) will be available. The photos are therefore example images; in the final layout, it will look similar, but still very homely with plenty of storage space. Washing machine and ski room are available for shared use.
The apartment is located near the post office. Ski bus stop directly by the house. The studio will be let to a single person on a long-term lease.

The rent for short-term rental is subject to negotiation.
Currently, the apartment can still be rented unfurnished.
