I am Sabrina and am exchanging my charming old building apartment for a slightly smaller apartment.

I offer a small charming apartment in K4 and am looking for a smaller apartment for exchange! Currently, I live in a bright and spacious 50 m² apartment (two bedrooms, small living room, bathroom and kitchen) at Kanonengasse (Kreis 4). Although it is centrally surrounded by many bars, restaurants and nightlife options, the apartment is located in a quiet courtyard.

Since the shared apartment is being dissolved, I am looking for a home for myself alone. Small and fine. Ideally a 1.5 room apartment with a balcony or access to a roof terrace, in a quiet central location in Zürich. I am open to any districts, important to me: easily accessible by bicycle.

Location:

The apartment is located at Kanonengasse, which is busy during peak times, but otherwise quiet. Located: Helvetiaplatz towards Europaallee, next to the Kasernenareal and on the other side there is a sweet courtyard with a restaurant. Various Coops at Langstrass and other shopping facilities as well as many public transport links are only a few minutes' walk away. As are the Europaallee and the station, which are only 7 minutes on foot. Perfect for enjoying city life and relaxing evenings at home, in the summer garden or in bars.

Apartment:

The many windows ensure a light-flooded apartment on the 4th floor. The kitchen, living room and bathroom are small but fine. A storage room is located in the attic. A washing machine with a washing schedule and a drying room are located in the basement.

What I am looking for:

I am looking for a smaller apartment, studio or 1.5 rooms that fits me alone, preferably central in Zürich, with a balcony or access to a roof terrace.

Ideally with a balcony, in a residential neighborhood, bright, optimal: dishwasher and easily accessible by bicycle.

The current apartment costs 2,390CHF.
