Room in a shared flat

I am looking for a new subtenant for a 3.5-room apartment, available immediately or by arrangement. The apartment is fully furnished and very large at 110m2.

The available room is 10.65m2 and includes its own bathroom as shown in the photos. The room itself is not furnished, with the exception of the sofa, which can be pulled out into a bed. However, the sofa can also be disposed of.

The apartment includes its own laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. In the underground garage, there is a bicycle room and, if required, an attic for shared use.

In addition to the specified service charges, there are additional costs for electricity, internet, waste disposal, and household liability insurance.

A dog lives in the household (standard poodle -> does not shed hair, is quiet and house-trained).

Apartment viewings upon request via email. Due to my availability, no viewing appointments can take place on Tuesday and Wednesday.
