We are looking for a replacement tenant as of 1 December 2026 or by arrangement for our spacious 3.5-room apartment with approx. 130 m² on the top floor. Due to the roof slopes, the effective living space is slightly smaller.

The apartment is particularly convincing due to the very large, open living and dining area with plenty of space and a pleasant living atmosphere. The open kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and integrates directly into the living area.
