Looking for a temporary solution? My beautiful, quiet, fully furnished apartment available for a temporary rental while I am away from this lovely home.

Available: October 19 - November 4 (slightly flexible).
The indicated rent amount is for this duration.

Great location: Right next to Schwamendingerplatz, really great location for all transport. 15-20min. to the city centre with convenient connections. And very close to the mountain and parks which is perfect in the summer and winter!

Furnished temporary sublet (can provide sheets and towels if needed), all utilities and wifi included
Modern and well-kept, new living room floors were put in 2024. Environmentally-friendly features built into the apartment.

No balcony - there is shared outdoor space for building residents
Good washers/dryers in the basement, no schedule

Requirements:

• Single people and women preferred
• No smoking of any kind in or around the apartment (serious allergies) and no pets
• This would be a private arrangement where we sign an agreement between us (so no registration, etc.)
• I am very clean and keep my place well taken care of, it is important to me that you will also respect this space.
