A room is becoming available in a shared apartment located at 75B, avenue de la Gare, in Chavannes-près-Renens, available from 1st September.

The apartment is a 4.5 room, spacious and bright, with 2 bathrooms, a large balcony and a large living room with an open kitchen. It is shared with two other young people, both very nice and calm.

Ideal location for students:

• less than 10 minutes walking from the campus;
• bus stop nearby;
• supermarket about 5 minutes walking,
• Mouline metro stop about 10 minutes walking.

The apartment also has a cellar and a covered bicycle storage room.

The rent for the room is approximately 900 CHF per month, charges included, excluding Internet.

It is planned that you will take over my part of the contract and the security deposit. It would also be preferable to take over the furniture in the room, the price of which will be discussed together.
