Private room for 1 person in a 3-room shared apartment. The room is private, while the fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, WC and hallway are shared with the other tenants.

The room is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Convenient location on Döltschihalde in Zurich, in a quiet and green residential area close to the Uetliberg. Public transport, supermarkets, shops and restaurants are nearby. Zurich city center and Zürich HB can be reached conveniently by public transport.

Monthly rent: CHF 1,200-1,400, depending on the room.

High-speed WiFi, heating, utilities and local city tax are included.

Minimum rental period: 1 month. Registration with the local authorities is possible for stays of 3 months or longer, and mail can be received at the apartment address.

The room is provided clean with bed linen and towels. Shared areas are cleaned by our staff every two weeks. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after using the shared areas, keeping their own room clean and doing their own laundry.
