4 ½ rooms apartment

From October 2026 until March 2027, we are subletting our spacious central apartment. Located next to the Viadukt, between Escher-Wyss platz and Limmatplatz, near the Hardbrücke station and Zurich HB. The tram stop Löwenbräu is 2 minutes away. The Apartment is suitable for up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms (one large bedroom and another smaller one). It has a cosy living room, a spacious dining room and a charming winter garden. A single bathroom, kitchen with a small balcony, and a spacious hall to complete the layout. The building has no elevator but the apartment is on the first floor. No parking spot available. Washer and Dryer facilities are shared. The ideal sublet date is starting October 10th but we are flexible +/- 5 days before or after October 10th.

Von Oktober 2026 bis März 2027 vermieten wir unsere zentrale Wohnung als Untermiete an. Die Wohnung liegt neben dem Viadukt, zwischen Escher-Wyss-Platz und Limmatplatz, in der Nähe des Hardbrücke-Bahnhofs und des Zürcher Hauptbahnhofs. Die Tramhaltestelle Löwenbräu ist 2 Minuten entfernt. Die Wohnung eignet sich für bis zu 4 Personen mit 2 Schlafzimmern (ein grosses und ein kleineres). Sie verfügt über ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer, ein helles Esszimmer und einen charmanten Wintergarten. Ein einzelnes Badezimmer, eine Küche mit kleinem Balkon. Das Gebäude hat keinen Aufzug, aber die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock. Es gibt keinen Parkplatz. Wasch- und Trockenmaschinen sind Gemeinschaftseinrichtungen. Leider sind keine Haustiere erlaubt. Das ideale Mietdatum ist ab 10. Oktober, aber wir sind flexibel +/- 5 Tage vor oder nach dem 10. Oktober.
