Room in a shared flat

I am renting out my shared apartment room from 6 October 2026 to 25 March 2027. It is a two-person shared flat with one other female roommate. The room is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bench, and bookshelf. The room is approx. 16 qm in size and is bright.

The apartment also features a living room with a projector, a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and microwave, and a beautiful balcony. The laundry room in the basement is equipped with a washing machine and tumbler.

The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the Baar, Stadtgrenze bus stop. You can reach the train and Baar Bahnhof in 5 minutes by bus or bicycle. There are various shopping facilities nearby (Migros and Lidl, as well as a gas station and McDonalds for late-night snacks ;)). The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood and you are quickly in nature.

Your future roommate is 24 years old, studies social work at the ZHAW and works in youth work. In our shared flat, we value sociable living together. We occasionally cook together or have a movie night every now and then, without it being part of a regular mandatory program.
