Room in a shared flat

Room in a 2-room apartment in Wollishofen from October 🏡

From October, a room in my cozy 2-room apartment in Wollishofen will become available. The rent is CHF 1'000 per month.
The apartment is approximately 50 m² in total, the available room is approximately 10 m² and partially furnished. There is a small balcony facing the street, a shared living room, as well as a separate laundry room with WC, shower, and additional storage space.
A big plus point of the apartment is the very good connection to public transport – the tram stop is directly in front of the door, which is super practical. However, the apartment is also quite loud for that reason. Directly below us is a bar where music plays from the afternoon until late in the evening. So, quite honestly: If you are looking for a very quiet apartment, this shared flat is probably not the right one for you! But if you are fine with some city noise, the location is great and you can get anywhere from here very easily.
You would live together with me, Mara (34), and Hildi, my cat 🐈.
I am looking for a friendly, respectful, and uncomplicated person who enjoys living in a pleasant shared flat but also appreciates their own space.
