90m² office

The office consists of a large room that offers space for at least 8 spacious workstations and a dining area with a sofa.

In addition, there are two meeting rooms, a kitchen, WC, as well as a large roof terrace with an anteroom and an additional attic compartment (approx. another 60m2) for exclusive use.

The contract is limited until 28. February 2029 and would be taken over by us with the current rent directly. There is an option for extension, but this will only be communicated bindingly by the administration approximately one year before the expiry of the contract.

The office is located on the 5th floor without a lift.

Note: Until the end of December, there is still a subtenant in the third meeting room. From 1. January 2027, the room will be empty and can be used as a large meeting room.

The office could be taken over immediately (still with the subtenant in the third room until the end of December) or then from 1. January 2027 with the full area. Upon request, a large part of the existing furniture and kitchen equipment can be taken over.
