I’m looking for someone to take over my spacious 28 m² room with its own approx. 8 m² private balcony in our shared house in Horgen from 1 November 2026. An earlier move-in may also be possible by agreement.

The room is bright, very spacious and gives you much more private space than a typical shared-flat room. It has wooden flooring, several windows, a large built-in wardrobe and enough room for a proper sleeping area, home office and separate sitting area.

The house also offers plenty of shared space, including:

• large kitchen
• spacious living and dining areas
• big garden with outdoor seating
• laundry room
• sauna

The bathroom/WC on my floor is shared with only two other people.

Location

The house is in Horgen with convenient connections towards both Zürich and Zug. Horgen Oberdorf station, bus connections and local shops are all within walking distance.

CHF 150 ancillary costs
CHF 1’648/month incl. ancillary costs

A garage parking space and an outdoor parking space are available separately for CHF 150/month in total, if needed.

Available from 01.11.2026, potentially earlier by agreement.
