1 room apartment

Due to work, I am renting out my studio on a limited basis over the summer from 01.10.26 to 14.02.26
Everything you need is there.
A spacious kitchenette offers a stove with an induction cooktop and oven, a large refrigerator, and a dishwasher.
I will leave kitchen utensils, plates, etc., in the apartment for the period.
The apartment is completely furnished: bed, desk, desk chair, kitchenette with bar, refrigerator with freezer compartment, many cabinets (storage space).
In addition, there is a table with chairs in the apartment.
By bus, you can reach the station in 7min.
The apartment is very quiet; I almost never hear anything from the neighbors.

The transport connections are very good. Almost directly in front of the front door, a bus line runs that goes to Peroulles, to the station, and to the university. You are at the station in approx. 7min and at the university in approx. 11min.
However, you can also walk well into the city center.
A shopping center with Migros and Denner is also within walking distance.

The studio has access to a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
The studio is part of a house that was built in the 1990s. The landlady lives on the first and second floor of the house.
I very much enjoy living here and am looking for someone who treats the apartment with care.
The apartment was freshly renovated at the end of 2024 and is, like the entire house, tip-top maintained.
