I'm moving out of the flat, and my room is available from October 15th, 2026.

Your new home is a shared 340 sqm flat for 6 people in their early 30thies on the beautiful Zürichberg (next to Toblerplatz) with a view over the city of Zürich, the Zürich lake basin and the Alps.

Your future flatmates are all young professionals working in the Zürich area, and partly in the home office. The apartment features 6 bedrooms, a lounge, a spacious living room with cozy sofas and a dining table for 12 people as well as 5 balconies and offers each person enough space to enjoy and also do home office.

The flat share is rather quiet as we are all working professionals. But this does not mean that aperitifs and social evenings with your flatmates or your guests are not welcome.

In addition, the apartment offers the following amenities: Bicycle garage, elevator, large wine cellar, medium basement storage, 2 large attics, 2 large refrigerators, wine fridge, 3 toilets, rain shower, spa with double bathtub, laundry room in the basement, washer and dryer in the apartment and sitting area in the garden.
The available mountain and lake view room has an inbuilt wardrobe and it is approx. 18 sqm where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets from your bed, which conjure up a unique (color) atmosphere.

The rent of CHF 1450 .00 includes all utilities (electricity, water, heating, bilag/serafe, internet). A deposit of 3x1400 (the rent) amount is needed.

The apartment is conveniently located. Migros (open until 22h), Denner, Spar and Coop are nearby, the tram stop “Toblerplatz” is at 5 minutes walk, the Rigiblick-Bähnli and Panoramaweg at 15 minutes walk.

We are looking for a working person who is a good cultural fit for our WG - social, tidy, have prior WG experience, ideally between age 26-35 and would like to share moments together but are also independent and appreciate a spacious, beautiful, bright apartment in a prime location on the Zürichberg.
