We are looking for a successor for a bright 5.5 room house in the center of Carona, with a large garden and a view of Monte Generoso.

The house is located on the outer part of the center, in a quiet position, and is spread over three floors:

• Ground floor: entrance hall, large cellar and laundry room.
• First floor: one bedroom, windowed bathroom with shower, dining room with fireplace, kitchen and small balcony.
• Second floor: living room with balcony, two bedrooms and windowed bathroom with shower.
• Outdoor space: large garden with fruit trees and space for an orchard, tool shed and pergola.

The house is connected to the AIL district heating present in the center.

Rent: CHF 2000./month, excluding expenses borne by the tenant (heating, electricity and water).

Possibility of private parking in front of the house for CHF 100./month (optional).

Available from 1 January 2027, or on a date to be agreed upon.
