Sadly, it’s time for us to pass our apartment on to someone new!
We really love this apartment and the area, and the only reason we’re leaving is that some time ago we signed up for a new residential project while it was still under construction. The project has now finally been completed and our new apartment will be ready from December 1st, so it’s time for us to move.

The location is excellent:
Very well connected by tram lines 1, 3 and 6 as well as bus 50.
ALDI, Migros and Coop are all just a few minutes away. There are three supermarkets within walking distance, a large post office and a small grocery shop about 2 minutes away that is open 7 days a week, with very fresh products, prepared food and some really nice baked goods.
🌳 Schützenmattpark is just a few minutes’ walk
🌿 Oekolampad-Anlage is also a few minutes away
🏰 Spalentor is around a 7-minute walk
We’ve genuinely enjoyed living here and wouldn’t be leaving if we hadn’t already committed to our new apartment a long time ago.
