Room in a shared flat

• Application process: First, a short video chat will be held, and only then will the 2-3 most interested people be invited in person.

The room is approx. 13 m² in size, has just been newly furnished (1.4m box spring bed, 2.5m wardrobe, etc.). All missing desired furniture will be paid for by me. All inclusive, utilities, internet, even cleaning supplies and spices!

There is:

• Underfloor heating - 10 GB glass fiber internet - beautiful and quiet new build apartment - large balcony - 2 bathrooms - private laundry room with dryer and washing machine - dishwasher - cleaning lady.

(Only for the cleaning lady would extra costs arise. The 199 Fr. are for a furnishing flat rate (new furniture for 30,000 Fr.) and + utilities internet, TV plus insurance. Deposit: 2400 Fr.) = all inclusive!

• Partners who visit more often are no problem. - Pets possible upon application
• 10 min to Züricher HB (Tram 11) - 4 min to Bhf Oerlikon
• Man or woman does not matter.

There are three of us: I, Slavko, have traveled extensively (6 languages, e.g., 1.5 years in Latin America), am very versatile in my interests, enjoy chatting about everything under the sun, psychology, society, development of humanity etc., do (ball) sports and fitness, sometimes go out to eat or drink or stream something to relax, first studied International Management and worked there for 2 years, but recently switched to the "social" sector (economics lecturer).

• Arthur is a positive, social person and works as an architect.
