2 ½ rooms apartment

As of 1 November, I am looking for a successor tenant for my 2.5-room apartment near Idaplatz (approx. 55 sqm, 1st floor, max. 2 persons). If necessary, the date can shift to 1 December, but this will likely be clarified by the end of September. Rent: I currently pay CHF 2.050 including utilities; the new rental might possibly be more expensive, which is why I have provided 2.150 CHF as an estimate. Utilities: are included, only washing is paid according to consumption. Deposit: 3 months' rent.

The apartment is located in a very quiet location with immediate proximity to restaurants, cafés, shopping and public transport. The apartment is pleasantly flooded with light when the sun is shining and has a large entrance area, built-in wardrobe and 4-fold insulated windows. The floor of the rooms is laminate, in the kitchen/bathroom tiles (see pictures). Additionally, the apartment has a fiber optic connection, a cellar compartment and a 24h laundry room.
