1 room single room

Hello everyone

Last year I separated and today I live in Cadro, in a rather large house, immersed in greenery and tranquility, a stone's throw from the woods. I have a lovely garden and a porch that in summer becomes definitely one of my favorite places; there is also a vegetable garden cultivated with mulch.

For some time now I have been thinking that it would be nice to share this space with someone else. I admit, at first I had some fears but now I said to myself: why not try?

I am therefore looking for a person with whom to share the house, but above all with whom there can be a good harmony. The idea is to divide the expenses a bit, but I would like the living together to be something more than just: I have my room, you have yours.

I am 36 years old, I like being in company, inviting friends and having a chat, but I also love quiet evenings and moments all to myself. Acting as hosts are also a little dog, differently beautiful but very friendly, and a cat that is definitely cuddly and impertinent. They are an integral part of my life and the house, so they must be loved and cared for.

The room is single, with a bed that can become a double if necessary and a built-in wardrobe. Next to the room there is also a bathroom which would be for the exclusive use of the person who takes the room. Parking space and heating included.

I would like to find a respectful, quiet person who is willing to share, when they feel like it, some moments together: a dinner, a chat, mutual help, without however giving up one's own spaces and habits.

In short, I am not simply looking for a roommate, but someone with whom a pleasant, spontaneous and mature coexistence can arise, made of respect, lightness and a bit of sharing.
