Room in a shared flat

Room in a 3-person shared apartment (tentatively until the end of 2027) – English below

A room will become available in our Länggasse shared apartment starting in December. The apartment is located right on Länggassstrasse at the corner of Mittelstrasse and is thus super centrally located in the neighborhood. We are on the 4th floor and live as a trio in a shared apartment.
We, that are Justine and I (Miko). We are a couple and are accordingly looking for someone who is also fine with that, but we absolutely desire a balanced and lively coexistence with our new roommate.

About us:
Justine is a Data Scientist at Agroscope with an enthusiasm for renewable energies. Much more important, however, besides work – Ju has a passion for painting, is always motivated for sports and activities (climbing, kitesurfing, calisthenics, ...) and games! I (Miko) am partly working in an agency and partly self-employed as a web designer. Because of this, I am generally "rather a lot" working and therefore do a lot of sports around it or implement creative projects (photography/web/whatever).
Generally, we wish for a new WG-companion with a good vibe that fits well with us. It is important to us that we can interact easily with one another, open communication, friendship and shared moments, cooking, games, conversations. Experience also shows, however, that with three busy people, fixed joint appointments can sometimes be difficult. All the more important it is that we can enjoy and let spontaneous and unplanned moments arise together :)
Equally important to us is that partners and friends are always welcome in our home.

About the room and the apartment:
The room is located at the rear of the house and therefore has a window facing the (mostly) very quiet courtyard. Only rarely is there a festival in a bar "opposite," where music can be heard for a bit longer. Compared to the rooms that are at the front towards Länggasse, it is definitely the quietest room, but also the smallest in the apartment.
The kitchen is the place for coming together and shared moments, in summer also the small but fine balcony (which is attached to Justine's room but is basically usable when she is not there). The bathroom has a bathtub, yeah! Additionally, we also have a rather large cellar compartment and, in addition, plenty of space in the attic for everything that does not find space in the apartment.

The room is available tentatively until the end of 2027 with a sublease agreement.
