3 rooms apartment

Due to moving abroad, we are looking for a new tenant as of 1.12. for our beautiful 3-room apartment in a prime location on Mutschellenstrasse. Rieterpark and Allmend are reachable on foot in a few minutes. There is also a good public transport connection, including via the S-Bahn station Brunau.

The 3 rooms are generously sized. The kitchen is only a few years old with, among other things, a V-ZUG combi-steamer and a small pantry; there is a bathroom (including connection possibility for a washing machine) with a separate WC and a spacious hallway with a built-in wardrobe. Balcony with a view of the Uetliberg. A large cellar as well as an attic compartment are included. Shared laundry room. NO LIFT.

The definitive allocation of the apartment is carried out by the administration. The minimum income of the new tenants must be at least three times the monthly rent.
