As of now, we are renting out a room in this bright 4.5-room apartment in a prime location near Kreuzplatz!

Here are the details:

• Lease start: As of now
• Rent: 1290 CHF per month (excl. utilities)
• Room size: Nearly 20 square meters
• Common facilities: The apartment features a large kitchen with an eating nook. Additionally, all bedrooms are very generously sized.
• Furthermore, there is a balcony as well as a large living room accessible from the kitchen

Important:
We are primarily looking for students and young professionals for this shared apartment.

And now about you and what you should fulfill:

• Are between 18 and 35 years old
• Are either a student or already established in professional life
• Non-smoker 🚭
• If you come from abroad, you have at least a residence permit B
