Due to the high number of enquiries and short time, I will only respond to complete and serious applications that meet ALL of the following requirements, which would be later needed for the building Administration approval process:
1. References

• From current/previous landlord
• From current/previous employer

2. Income

• Gross salary information for the last 3 months

3. Residence status

• Copy/information regarding your Ausländerausweis / Aufenthaltsbewilligung, where applicable

4. Furniture takeover
The existing furniture and household items must be taken over from the current tenant for a total price of CHF 2'500.
Please explicitly confirm in your message that you agree to the CHF 2'500 furniture takeover.
The furniture purchase is a separate agreement with the current tenant and is subject to Apleona approving the applicant as the new tenant.
