Room in a shared flat

Hello,
We are pleased to offer you a room within our shared apartment located in Aloys-Fauquez, in Lausanne, on the second floor of a small building composed of only two apartments.

The room, approximately 15 m², is fully furnished and benefits from two windows. It includes a 140 cm double bed, a large desk, as well as a storage wardrobe with a mirror.

The apartment consists of four bedrooms and has beautiful fully furnished common areas: living room, separate dining room, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, small balcony and washing machine directly in the accommodation. It also includes two separate WCs as well as a bathroom with a bathtub-shower and a second separate shower. Wi-Fi is included.

The shared apartment is composed of young professionals aged 25 to 35, currently of Canadian, Swiss and Italian nationalities, in an international, friendly and respectful atmosphere.
The Motte bus stop, served by lines 3, 8 and 18, is located directly at the foot of the building and allows you to easily reach the center of Lausanne.
