The apartment has NO common room, cellar, attic or balcony for shared use. Kitchen, corridor and bathroom are for shared use.
Outdoor parking space can be rented additionally for 50.-/month.

Included in the price is: bathroom, corridor and kitchen are cleaned on Fridays by a cleaning lady, 17l garbage bags are available. Pet, cardboard and paper are disposed of.
Use of washing machine and tumble dryer.

Notice period is 2 weeks. Deposit for 4 keys (room, front door, mailbox, building entrance door) is 700.-.

The furniture in the picture is not current. Furniture has not been bought yet. You will then have a bed, a wardrobe and a small table at your disposal.

Current roommates are Pascal/42, Max/25, Ilona/74.

You are very welcome if you do not smoke, do not consume alcohol daily, are a woman and master German minimum B1.
