Da ich mit meinem Partner zusammen ziehe, bin ich auf der Suche nach einer neuen Wohnung, die etwas grösser aber auch moderner ist.
Ich tausche meine 3-Zimmer Wohnung in der Enge für CHF 2’519 gegen eine grössere und modernere Wohnung.

Was meine aktuelle Wohnung bietet:
– Top Lage! Zu Fuss: 2m zum Bahnhof Enge, 2m zu Migros und Coop, 5m zum See, 15m zum Bellevue/Stadelhofen, 15min zum Paradeplatz
– 3 Geräumige Zimmer auf 80 m2
– 2 Balkone
– Geräumiges Kellerabteil
– Bad mit Badewanne und separates WC
– Waschmaschine / Tumbler zur Mitbenutzung (unkompliziert ohne Waschplan)
– Küche mit Geschirrspüler

Ich suche eine grössere und modernere Wohnung, mit folgenden Eigenschaften:
– Max 5’000 CHF inkl Nebenkosten
– Mindestens 3.5 Zimmer und mind. 90 m2 Wohnfläche
– Balkon/Sitzplatz
– Bevorzugte Kreise/Gemeinden: Kreis 2, 8, 3 (weitere Kreise / Gemeinden möglich; Seenähe wäre wünschenswert)
– Moderner Ausbau (insbesondere Küche und Badezimmer in modernem / renovierten Zustand)

As I am moving in with my partner, I am looking for a new apartment that is slightly larger and more modern.

I am looking to swap my 3-room apartment in Enge, with a monthly rent of CHF 2519, for a larger and more modern apartment.

What my current apartment offers:
– Excellent location! Walking distance: 2 min to Enge train station, 2 min to Migros and Coop, 5 min to the lake, 15 min to Bellevue/Stadelhofen, and 15 min to Paradeplatz
– 3 spacious rooms across 80 m²
– 2 balconies
– Spacious private basement storage unit
– Bathroom with bathtub and separate WC
– Shared washing machine and dryer, with a very easy and flexible arrangement and no fixed laundry schedule
– Kitchen with dishwasher

I am looking to move into a larger and more modern apartment with the following features:
– Maximum CHF 5,000 per month including utilities
– At least 3.5 rooms and a minimum of 90 m² of living space
– Balcony or private outdoor seating area
– Preferred districts: Districts 2, 8 and 3 (other districts possible too; proximity to the lake would be a plus)
– Modern interior/finishes, particularly a modern or recently renovated kitchen and bathroom
