We are offering our beautiful and modernly equipped 3.5-room apartment for exchange for a 2 - 2.5 room apartment in the beautiful city of Zürich (Kreis 2, 3, 4 or 5). The apartment is excellently located, approx. 3 minutes walking distance from Bahnhof Schweighof and 7 minutes walking distance from the nearest tram stop (lines 9 and 14). One can climb the Uetliberg directly from the apartment or is at the Sportzentrum Heuried in no time.

We were the first occupants and the apartment is top equipped with a modern, open kitchen (incl. combi-steamer, induction hob from BORA and dishwasher), two bathrooms with shower and bathtub as well as two spacious bedrooms or study rooms. Furthermore, the apartment features a laundry tower with tumble dryer and a spacious balcony. Due to the high windows, the apartment is beautifully bright but nevertheless very well insulated and also soundproofed.

A private cellar compartment also belongs to the apartment. Additionally, a parking space in the underground garage can be rented with it. There is also a lockable area for bicycles located in the underground garage.
