3-person shared apartment in La Neuveville

In a 5.5-room duplex apartment in the heart of the old town from 1 December 2026 (negotiable for 1 November if needed). The apartment is located on the 3rd & 4th floors and was renovated in 2020. With a rooftop terrace! Central location a few minutes from all shops and the station.
There are currently 2 people, Cindy & myself (Stefan), looking for a roommate.
We live respecting everyone's independence, but the goal of the shared apartment is also to share moments together.
In short, the roommate spirit! We do not want someone who stays for 3 months
(I specify that Cindy and I are friends and roommates, you won't be the third wheel!!! )

Details of rooms and equipment:

• 3 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms!!! (Each bedroom has its own bathroom)
• 1 guest room, smaller, or additional room for storage, office, etc..
• open kitchen to the living room
• 1 terrace (view over the rooftops of the old town)
• washing machine and dryer in the apartment
• no elevator or cellar

Rent: approximately CHF 800.- including charges. (the price is still to be defined together)
