Room in a shared flat

Room

A bright room is being rented in our 4-room shared apartment. The room borders directly on our modern kitchen and thus also on our dining room. From there, one has direct access to our large terrace. The room faces the garden and thus has the quietest location in the shared apartment.

Location

The train station is reachable within 10 minutes on foot, as are Migros, Coop and other shopping facilities (Post, pharmacy, etc.). Additionally, a bus stop for line 28 is located directly in front of the front door, with which one can quickly get to Bern.

Shared apartment life

Our shared apartment life is based on direct communication regarding the chore plan, as well as various activities such as barbecuing on the terrace or similar.
Everyone has their own small compartments in the kitchen and bathroom (but shared items, such as spices, are also available). We are largely tidy but not meticulous :)
We also share a small office with access to another balcony.
We are happy to answer further questions during a personal visit.

Shared 2 washing machines and 1 dryer in the basement (shared with other parties in the house)
Cellar compartment also available, as well as space in a freezer and bicycle parking space.
