Mobiled room, 13sqm on the ground floor of a spacious 4.5-room single-family house; ready for occupancy immediately or by arrangement.

Direct access to the huge garden (500sqm) via the back door, with own shower and WC on the ground floor and kitchen on the upper floor for shared use. Washing in the laundry room next door is possible 24/7.
The room offers plenty of storage space in the wardrobe and under the bed; the desk would also be suitable for home office, the velvet armchair is super cozy for relaxing in the evening. Electricity and internet are included.
The room is always pleasantly cool now in high summer! (Ground floor partially situated in the ground) Normally heated in winter.
