Room in a shared flat

We are looking for a new female or male flatmate for our beautiful and spacious shared apartment near Limmatplatz as of 1.11.2026.

The room
The room is 13.4 qm in size and costs CHF 1200 per month all-inclusive. Included in this are all utility costs, WiFi, a cleaning service for the common rooms every two weeks, as well as a contribution to the shared household fund for things such as toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and other shared purchases.
The room faces the street with tram traffic; therefore ideal for someone who is not bothered by a lively, central location.
The room will be handed over with a practical bed setup: IKEA Kallax shelves as a base, bed platform and holder, as well as a mattress purchased in July. Additionally, a hanging shelf is included. Flat takeover price CHF 400 (non-negotiable).

The apartment
The apartment is located only a few minutes from Limmatplatz and features a large, fully equipped kitchen, a large and bright living room, two bathrooms, as well as its own washing machine and a dryer. Additionally, there are bicycle parking spaces in the cellar as well as storage space in the cellar and attic.
The location is very central: shopping facilities, cafés, restaurants, and bars are located directly in the surrounding area. The main station is reachable by tram in a few minutes, and the Limmat is also right around the corner.

Your future WG
You will live together with Noa, Lennart and Jessica. The three come from Germany and Switzerland, are all employed, in their late 20s to early 30s, very nice and uncomplicated. Living together is relaxed and friendly: people enjoy chatting or sometimes spending an evening together, while at the same time everyone has their own daily routine and personal space.

We are therefore looking for an equally employed person in a similar stage of life who is tidy, respectful, and interested in pleasant, long-term shared living.
