Room in a shared flat

The room in our three-story shared flat is huge. The shared flat is dreamily located! From 1 November, earlier also possible by arrangement.

We are looking for:
A cool, upbeat person. It is important to be upbeat for fun. We are looking for a person with whom one can also chat, cook, or go out for a drink, or have a movie or games night. Not a Zweck-WG :). Age and gender do not matter, but one should stay young at heart. :) We look forward to hearing from you.

We are:
Julia (21), legal assistant, Mike (28), druggist, and Lukas (28), economics student and banker.
Our shared flat is dreamily located. 7' on foot to the station, bars on the corner and shops too. We are upbeat and enjoy exchanging ideas, also often over a beer. We are looking for someone who fits in with us so that everyone feels at home in our shared flat, which by the way consists of
3 floors (2nd - 4th floor of the building). In the first two floors of the apartment are the bedrooms and the kitchen and one WC each. On the top floor a large bathroom, living room with high ceiling and an attic space, where the TV room is located.
