Immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for suitable successor tenants for our bright and spacious 4.5-room apartment in an attractive location (ideal for a young couple or a shared apartment).

Special offer (subletting from October/November possible):
Since the main lease agreement will officially be handed over as of 1 December 2026, there is the exclusive possibility to move in as a subtenant with me as early as October or November. This way, we can share the rent for the first few months before you take over the apartment completely and independently as the main tenant from 1 December 2026.

Private washing machine in the apartment (Sharp brand, newly purchased in July 2025)
A garage is also available (CHF 100.-/month) and can be taken over

Furniture takeover (transfer fee) – Ready to move in:
The apartment will be handed over partially furnished. The well-maintained main furniture and appliances must be taken over from the successor tenant for a fair transfer fee. You save yourself all the stress of buying, transporting, and installing furniture!

Washing machine: Modern Sharp washing machine (only 1 year old, already professionally connected) – CHF 150.–
Living room set complete: Cozy corner sofa (anthracite/white), solid glass coffee table and matching rug – CHF 130.–
Balcony set complete: Elegant rattan lounge (corner sofa + table with glass top) – CHF 100.–
Bedroom TV (Optional): Large 55" Samsung television incl. accessories – CHF 120.–
The remaining furniture (bed, chests of drawers in the bedroom) will be left to the successor tenant completely free of charge (gratis)!
Total price for the complete inventory (package price): CHF 500.–

CHF Rent:
Gross rent: CHF 1'395.– / month (plus CHF 100.- for the garage)
Deposit: SwissCaution or bank deposit by arrangement with the administration.

Requirements for the successor tenant:
The administration requires a current extract from the debt enforcement register (without entries) as well as a permanent employment contract (proof of solvency).
