Are you looking for an uncomplicated new home with plenty of space, comfort, and optional space for a home office? In my bright 3.5-room apartment on the 4th floor with 88m, a large, light-flooded room will become available by arrangement.

The highlight: You have your own WC for your exclusive use! Additionally, the room is exceptionally spacious at approx. 25m and offers you direct access to one of the two cozy balconies.

Furnishing as desired: The room can be taken partially furnished (with existing furniture available for free use) upon request. But of course, you are very welcome to bring your own furniture!

Home office / Office option: If you need additional space for working or hobbies, there is the possibility to rent the half of the separate office (total size 10m²) for a small additional charge.

We share the fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishes, pans etc.), the inviting hallway, the bathroom with shower/bathtub, as well as the second balcony. The rooms have parquet/laminate flooring, and the common areas are brightly tiled.

• Your domain: 25m room, bright, with direct balcony access. Furniture: Flexible – bring your own furniture or use the existing ones.

Privacy: Own WC for exclusive use.

Office option: Half of the 10m office can be rented additionally if required.

Shared use: Bath/shower, fully equipped kitchen, hallway and 2 balconies (all already furnished).

Additional space: A cellar compartment is available for shared use.

Laundry: Laundry room is located in the cellar.

Pets: Small animals are warmly welcome after arrangement.

Parking space: A private PP is available and can be rented separately upon request (not included in the room price).

No tedious accounting at the end of the year! Everything you need for living is already included in the flat-rate rental price:

Heating and service charges, Internet and TV, household electricity and waste fees (garbage bags). All essentials of daily needs: toilet paper, household paper, baking paper, aluminum foil as well as all cleaning agents, vacuum cleaner etc. are provided by me and are included.

The apartment is located in the quite peaceful and green Rekingen. (Municipality of Zurzach).

The Rhine is reachable in approx. 2min. on foot.

The Rekingen AG train station as well as shopping facilities are reachable within a few minutes' walk. Ideal for commuters or persons who appreciate a rather relaxed living atmosphere.
