Room in a shared flat

5 walking minutes from Bahnhof Winti, we have a room available in our small oasis with a garden.
We are 3 people (with you 4) between 36 and 47 years old - everything from art, culture, music enthusiasm, joy of travel, martial arts, water sports, reading etc. is represented with us.

Together we take care of the two WG-cats, the house & garden. However, we value retreat and privacy just as much as spontaneous kitchen conversations and an occasional shared evening, sometimes even by a fire in the garden. We are not a purely functional shared flat (Zweck-WG) and an open togetherness is important to us.

Your room would be 15.5 qm2 in size with its own balcony, large built-in wardrobe and parquet.
The rent of CHF 1050.00 is understood to be including utilities and internet.

Are you +/- in our age, cleaning as well as keeping order is not a foreign concept to you, you know what an old house entails, you see cats as an enrichment and you are looking for an open, central WG with great people? Then we look forward to hearing from you :-)
