3 ½ rooms apartment

A room is becoming available in my apartment immediately, and I am looking for a suitable replacement tenant.
The apartment is located in Witikon and is superbly situated. With public transport, you can reach HB in approx. 20 minutes, and shopping facilities are practically right around the corner. The apartment is very bright and cozy, so you will enjoy spending time at home.
The room itself is rented unfurnished. The rest of the apartment is already completely furnished – so you wouldn't have to worry about the furnishing of the common rooms.
You would live together with Katha (38). She works as a project manager and is an open-minded flatmate. It is important that one feels comfortable at home and that the shared apartment is more than just two people who happen to share an apartment. Relaxed and respectful coexistence is therefore important. Of course, everyone also has their own daily routine and their own personal space.
