I (male, 35 years old, profession Personal Trainer / Nutritionist) am renting out an 11.7m² shared apartment room in my 4-room apartment (total area 110 m²) in 5442 Fislisbach (AG).
The room is ideal for a quiet and reliable person (male or female) who appreciates a well-maintained and pleasant living atmosphere. The room is furnished with 2 large wardrobes, 2 chests of drawers and a bed.

Shared use:

• Kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave
• Furnished living room
• Bathroom with WC + separate WC
• Drying room with washing machine/tumbler (shared use by the entire block according to a schedule)
• Balcony

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood with very good public transport connections (bus stop directly in front of the door, with bus in 16min to Baden or with bus/train in 38min to Zürich HB). Shopping facilities (Aldi, Migros), post office, hairdresser/barber and gym are also in the immediate vicinity.

Rent: CHF 950.– / month
incl. utilities, electricity, heating, water, Hispeed Internet / WLAN
Rental deposit: 2 months' rent
Notice period: 2 months to an ordinary moving date (31. March, 30. June, 30. September)

Move-in: possible immediately
Duration: indefinite (with sublease agreement, landlord's consent has been obtained)
