Room in a shared flat

Hello!

I am renting out a free room in my 3-room apartment.

About the room:
The room is approx. 12 square meters, very bright, and with the window facing the courtyard, which is why it is also very quiet during the day.

About the apartment:
The apartment is an attic apartment in a beautiful, well-maintained old building with a quiet, green courtyard. The location is extremely practical: With the bus, you are at the HSG in 12 minutes and in the Old Town at the Marktplatz in 9 minutes.
We have a large living room, a spacious kitchen, as well as our own washing machine and a dryer. A cellar compartment is available, and in the courtyard, there is the possibility to park bicycles safely and protected from the weather.

Briefly about me:
I am Romeo (19), come from Bonn, and have been in the assessment year at the HSG since this semester.

About you:
A relaxed, harmonious, and friendly coexistence is important to me. You are welcome to have a completely different daily routine; what is decisive for me is mutual consideration, a certain basic order, and that we harmonize well as people.
