Room in a shared flat

I (M25) am renting out my room in a cozy shared apartment in Wankdorf, as I will be traveling from mid-November to mid-May.

The room is approx. 16 m² in size and furnished with a bed, wardrobe, TV, etc. The apartment has 3 rooms, kitchen, bath/WC. Good laundry facilities in the building.

📍 Location: Quiet and central

🚋 Public transport: Directly at the bus stop, 5 min. from Wankdorf Bahnhof

💰 Rent: CHF 700 per month, [incl. utilities

You would live together with 2 roommates (M) during this time. An uncomplicated and respectful coexistence is important to us.
Wanted: A reliable, tidy person who wants to move in for the entire period or a large part of it.
