Room in a shared flat

For a new shared flat formation in Seebach, I am looking for two new roommates who would like to take over the following rooms from 1 October:

• Smaller room: 11.6 m2, CHF 666 incl. utilities, unfurnished with window
• Larger room: 15.3 m2, CHF 748 incl. utilities, unfurnished with window

The apartment is limited until March 2028 and additionally features a kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a cellar compartment. Another highlight is the spacious living room including a balcony! I am Gioia (20), studying Psychology in Bachelor's and working part-time in a café. I would describe myself as a quiet and open person, I like to travel and love coffee! I prefer to spend my free time with my girlfriends - during movie nights, swimming, ASVZ, skiing, small concerts, flea market visits, and other side quests. I am on the go a lot, but would still be happy if we regularly take time to cook together, organize a game night, or just chat a little on our cozy balcony!

I am looking for you if you are between 18 and 26 years old and feel like shaping an active shared flat life together with me and another roommate (not a Zweck-WG/flat for convenience only). Additionally, you should be open, reliable, and (more or less) tidy. You get extra points with me if you do not smoke, are also veggie, or already bring one or two pieces of furniture for the living room and kitchen :).
