Room in a shared flat

This is not a frugal shared flat! 🤣

We are looking for a sympathetic new female or male flatmate for our shared flat in Emmenbrücke. 😊

A big advantage is the location: The apartment is located practically directly by the Emmenbrücke station and is therefore excellently connected to public transport. There are numerous train and bus connections towards Luzern and the surrounding area. You can reach Luzern by train in only approx. 8 minutes. 🚆✨

The available room is approx. 18.3 m² in size and is located in a charming old building apartment on the 3rd floor without a lift. Despite being an old building, you do not have to do without modern comfort.

The kitchen was completely renovated in 2021 and is equipped with modern kitchen appliances. Additionally, an airfryer as well as a Nespresso coffee machine are available for shared use.☕️

The bathroom also offers additional comfort with a rain shower. 🚿

Both the room and the entire apartment are equipped with Philips Hue. Furthermore, the apartment door features a Smartlock and can be conveniently opened via smartphone or fingerprint. 🔑📱💡

Fast internet is also provided: The apartment has a 10-Gbit/s internet connection with LAN, the costs of which are already included in the service charges. 🌐⚡

Currently, Vincent, Diana and Sofiia live here. We are all under 27 years old and are looking for an uncomplicated and respectful person up to max. 35 years old who fits well into our shared flat. We are looking for a working or studying person who is seeking a pleasant and preferably long-term home. 😊

Also included with the apartment are an attic and a cellar as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer. If you have a car, a parking space can be rented additionally for CHF 150.– per month if required. 🚗

A cleaning company comes by every 14 days to clean the common areas. A respectful and tidy handling of the shared rooms is, of course, still part of pleasant shared flat life for us. 🧹✨

The service charges are included in the rental price. This also includes internet and the other agreed service charges. The SERAFE fee is not included; this must be considered separately.

An absolute non-smoking shared flat is important to us. Smoking in the apartment is not allowed. Unfortunately, your own pets cannot be brought along either.
A small exception already lives here: Charlie, my Syrian golden hamster 🐹. He lives exclusively in my private room and may therefore at most occasionally encounter you as a topic of conversation. 😄
