Room in a shared flat

Two of the 4 rooms in the apartment are for you; one is slightly smaller, the other larger. Both are very bright.
Shared is a bathroom with a bathtub, a kitchen with a good coffee machine and everything one needs, as well as a very large and sunny rooftop terrace that invites you to linger (or do bike repairs). We share this in a very uncomplicated way with our friendly neighbors. Additionally, we have a laundry room in the basement that can be used around the clock.

Ideally, you are already over 30, also like things to be tidy, and are also up for a conversation at the kitchen table from time to time. I would be happy to have a person who enjoys living in a relaxed and uncomplicated shared flat on equal footing - no forced purpose, but everyone has their own space. Preferably, you are looking for accommodation for a longer period of time.

You would be living together with me; male, 39 years old, and I am often out on my bicycle, meet female friends on the open track, or dedicate myself to my many plants. I am past the shared flat party age, but I am happy to share a bottle of wine or cook something vegetarian occasionally. Since I sometimes spend a little too much time in my profession in science, I often read in the evenings to relax. Nevertheless, I am sometimes out until late on weekends.

Ideally, you’re over 30, you also like to keep things tidy enough, and you’re up for a chat at the kitchen table. I’d be happy to live with someone who enjoys a relaxed, easygoing shared flat on equal footing — happy to occasionally hang out together, while still giving each other plenty of space and freedom. Preferrably you aim to stay longer-term.
