I am offering the complete, lovingly prepared and fully furnished upper floor (2 rooms) in my charming, two-story apartment. Since the rooms are located on a private floor, you enjoy exceptionally much privacy here.
The offer is explicitly aimed at a single person (preferably weekly residents, female commuters, or established professionals) or a quiet 2-person female shared apartment.
Your/Your Reich (upper floor):
2 large, bright rooms for exclusive use (e.g., separate bedroom and living-work room or 2 bedrooms for a shared apartment).
High-quality equipment: Completely furnished at a high level (including as-new quality pocket spring mattresses worth CHF 1'000. each).
Important: Since there is no additional storage space in the apartment, bringing your own large furniture or beds is not possible. Pack your suitcases and move in!
Location and mobility:
Public transport: Bus stop directly in front of the door. In just 20 minutes you are in the center of St. Gallen (ideal for female commuters).
Car: A private parking space directly in front of the house is included in the rental price.
Shared use and comfort:
Kitchen and bathroom are located on the ground floor and are shared with me. Respectful interaction, absolute cleanliness and mutual consideration are basic requirements for me.
Fixed flat rate (incl. heating, electricity, water, fast WLAN & parking space):
For single use (both rooms): CHF 750. flat rate
For use as a 2-person female shared apartment: CHF 400. flat rate per person and room
PLEASE READ BEFORE INQUIRY (Exclusion criteria):
To save time for both of us, please note the following points:

1. Target group: I (f, over 50, employed, uncomplicated and sophisticated) am looking for a female roommate or two female friends (preferably from mid-30s 40plus) who are also firmly established in life and professional life.
2. Pets Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Pets are not allowed.
3. Furnishing: The rooms are rented exactly as shown in the pictures. There is no space for your own furniture.
4. Inquiry filter: Please write a few sentences about yourself in your inquiry (age, profession, reason for moving in). Standard inquiries (Is it still available?) or inquiries without a profile description will be deleted without being read.
