I am a working woman and am looking for a relaxed roommate to share my spacious 120 m2 apartment. The apartment is bright and cozy with a balcony that is wonderfully sunny in the afternoon, perfect for relaxing with a coffee or a cat on your lap.
You will get your own fully furnished room and your own bathroom, so plenty of privacy. The apartment has a washing machine and a dryer, and the kitchen is completely equipped with everything one needs. Everything is shared in a friendly and respectful atmosphere.
I am mostly tidy, enjoy a quiet environment, and cook occasionally. I also have a cat; she is very sweet and, of course, expects to be admired.
This is a quiet home, ideal for someone who likes to unwind after work, enjoys cozy evenings, and appreciates a positive atmosphere.
The apartment is within walking distance of two bus stops. By bus, you can reach the Wädenswil station in just 3 minutes; on foot, it is about 15 minutes.
Shopping facilities are also reachable on foot, and the apartment is located near the start of several walking and running routes.
