About the apartment:
The bright and cozily furnished 4.5-room apartment features a spacious, open cooking and living area with a balcony and a bathroom with a bathtub. Additionally, there is a cellar and attic compartment, a bicycle room, as well as a communal clean laundry room with a dryer.
The room, with its 16m2, is the largest in the shared flat.

About the location:
The apartment is located only approx. 10 min by bicycle from the Winterthur station and only one minute from the best falafel and döner shop in the city. The cute village center of Veltheim with Coop and the Café Kunterbunt, as well as the Wolfensberg swimming pool, are reachable in less than 5 minutes on foot.

About us:
We are Leandra (30) and Levina (25). Leandra works part-time in communications in Zürich. When she is not traveling around the world for her other part-time job as a flight attendant, she makes music or does yoga.
Levina works as a video producer and enjoys being physically active in her free time: whether tennis, Pilates, or cycling. But she also likes relaxed days at home, reads, makes music, and philosophizes about the world and life.

What is important to us:
Together, we appreciate a relaxed coexistence with spontaneous dinners, chats, and small excursions. A clean home is important to us so that everyone feels comfortable. We prefer to look for a FINTA person / female roommate in our age group.

The rental contract runs as a main tenancy including deposit.
