Room in a shared flat

We’re renting out a bright and partially furnished 16 m² room in our 4.5-room WG in Zürich, from October 1st 2026 to July 31st 2027 (with a bit of flexibility on the moving in date if needed).

The room comes partially furnished with a wardrobe and desk.

In addition, the flat has two balconies, which are a real highlight in the summer. The flat is super new, meaning that also during the summer temperatures stay moderate.

You’d be sharing the flat with Gina (29) and Steffen (31). The atmosphere is friendly and communal, for example, we often cook dinner together on weekends or go out for drinks. Overall, we’re looking for someone easy-going who fits well with that kind of vibe.

The location is super convenient: Zürich HB is just 5 minutes away via the S10 train, and it’s a 15-minute walk to all the bars and restaurants in Wiedikon.

Rent is CHF 1350,- per month, all utilities and internet included.
